Rebox successfully bid on rebranding a beef jerky company local to Calgary, AB called Big Chief. The brand was looking to freshen up their logo without changing the font or its general look and feel. Working within these parameters, I toyed with shapes that would enhance it.
Rebox successfully bid on rebranding a beef jerky company local to Calgary, AB called Big Chief. The brand was looking to freshen up their logo without changing the font or its general look and feel. Working within these parameters, I toyed with shapes that would enhance it.
The final logo concept embodied the old roots and conception of Big Chief while offering a revived visual identity that carries itself throughout all of Big Chief’s products.
In the rebranding process, Big Chief wanted to redesign their Road Trip box – a product that carries a sampling of beef jerky flavours. The client wished to take a plain box and inject some of the energy and fun in line with the new logo. I proposed a map of Canada highlighting unmissable attractions throughout and a brief description of each one.
My part in this brand’s food packaging was to finalize the 3D mock-ups used for web and print-based marketing.
